PROJECTS AND PARTNERSHIPS

1. Maithri Aquatech installs the 'Largest Network of Air Water Plants' - the first of its kind in the world in Mumbai, the Financial Capital of India. In partnership with the Mumbai Division of Central Railways, 17 MEGHDOOT® Air Water Plants have been setup across six key stations in the city: CSMT, Dadar, Kurla, Panvel, Vikhroli, and Thane.

This groundbreaking technology provides 100% microbe-free, customized mineral-enriched drinking water harvested from the air developed in partnership with the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), eliminating the need for ground and surface water resources. The MEGHDOOT® Air water plants provides access to the drinking water requirements of about one and a half million of railway passengers and set a new standard for sustainable water solutions.

2. Maithri Aquatech has taken a significant step towards promoting sustainable water solutions on a global scale with the export of India's largest Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This pioneering project aims to research and develop Cost-effective Scalable solutions for clean energy, water, and the environment, through the research unit of Khalifa University - the Masdar Institute for MEA region.

Maithri Aquatech's AWG technology presents a promising alternative water solution for the water-scarce region, and its evaluation by the Masdar Institute is a testament to the potential impact of this innovative technology.

3. Maithri Aquatech under its Water for Schools program has provided a reliable source of clean drinking water for students at The Gurukul, Panchkula, located in a hilly terrain where access to traditional water sources can be difficult. The installation of MEGHDOOT® has helped address the challenges of setting up water infrastructure in such terrains, providing a predictable source of water and reducing dependence on traditional sources.

The success of MEGHDOOT® at The Gurukul has made it a model for other schools and communities in hilly terrains throughout India, highlighting the impact of dependable water solutions in improving access to clean drinking water.

4. Maithri Aquatech recently partnered with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) to provide clean drinking water to its employees at the Swavalambam Bhavan in Mumbai.

5. Maithri Aquatech successfully installed, MEGHDOOT®, at ASBM University, which showcases its leadership in promoting environmentally conscious solutions.

The installation was inaugurated by Er. Pradipta Kumar Swain, CEO of WATCO, along with Mr. M. Ramkrishna, the Managing Director of Maithri Aquatech, and esteemed guests, along with members of the ASBM University Board.

6. Maithri Aquatech’s expertise in providing sustainable water solutions has enabled us to establish strong partnerships with some of the world's biggest companies. We have received repeat orders from Global Corporates to cater to their campuses' potable water requirements in various locations, while THDC has given repeat orders to Maithri Aquatech to cater to the potable water needs of schools in Rishikesh. These partnerships are a testament to the trust and success that Maithri Aquatech has achieved in providing quality and reliable water solutions to its esteemed clients.

We are excited to announce that one of the largest private banks in India has recently placed its order with us, marking a significant milestone for the company.

7. Maithri Aquatech is honoured to have partnered with Jaitra Wellness Pvt Ltd to create the “world's first bottling plant for alkaline-based air water”, under the brand Nyla. This revolutionary plant was designed and equipped to produce high-quality alkaline water using air as the primary source, which has capability to generate about 4 million litres p.a.

In addition to generating water from air, MEGHDOOT® provides a state-of-the-art fresh air cooling system for two floors of the bottling plant, spanning approximately 2,000 square feet. The cooling system operates using the same electricity as the bottling plant, without the need for additional electricity.

From concept to completion, Maithri Aquatech provided a comprehensive package of services for the project. The plant was equipped with the latest bottling technology, including advanced filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and ultra-violet sterilization systems.

8. Maithri Aquatech has recently taken over Tejutech Private Limited, a company with a strong technical team, to strengthen its IoT capabilities. The move is expected to enhance Maithri Aquatech's ability to make atmospheric water generation (AWG) IoT enabled to monitor key metrics. The collaboration, which is now known as Maithri Tejutech, is a promising step forward in Making MEGHDOOT® Smart for remote monitoring.

9. Maithri Aquatech is excited to announce our strategic partnership with Jaitra Wellness Pvt Ltd, a business vertical of Jaitra Media. Through this partnership, we're extending our reach to households in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh providing them with convenient and affordable access to clean and safe drinking water.

This partnership is more than just a collaboration between two companies. It's an opportunity to create a lasting impact on communities' lives and well-being. By leveraging Jaitra Wellness Pvt Ltd's extensive market knowledge and distribution network, we're providing households with our advanced MEGHDOOT® solutions that are both sustainable and cost-effective. By working together, we aim to create a ripple effect across communities and make a difference in people's lives.

10. Maithri Aquatech has partnered with Sacred Groves, a social enterprise dedicated to protecting natural habitats and promoting conservation efforts. With water shortages looming on the horizon for two-thirds of the world's population, Maithri Aquatech's innovative technology for atmospheric water generation aims to offer decentralized, sustainable, and highly scalable water solutions.

By protecting forests and natural habitats, Sacred Groves can generate moisture which is harvested locally through Maithri Aquatech's pioneering MEGHDOOT®, producing clean water and supporting SDG 6. This partnership demonstrates Maithri Aquatech's commitment to providing innovative solutions for a greener future and contributing towards SDGs 12, 13, and 15.

11. We are thrilled to announce that Maithri Aquatech has expanded its production capabilities with the addition of two new factories. These factories have a combined production area of approximately 30,000 square feet, supplementing our existing 20,000 square feet production area. The expansion is a testament to our commitment to meeting the growing demands of our customers, and it will allow us to produce on a larger scale while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Furthermore, we're pleased to share that we've also established a dedicated Research and Development plant as part of this expansion. Equipped with the latest equipment and technology, this new facility will enable us to stay at the forefront of innovation and develop cutting-edge solutions that address the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

In addition to the expansion of our production capabilities, we're excited to announce that we have moved to a new corporate office in the heart of Hyderabad city. This strategic move places us in a prime location closer to our customers, allowing us to better serve them and expand our reach in the market.

1. Maithri Aquatech has added another feather to its cap by winning the coveted ‘Global Water Award’ under the category of Innovative Research and Development. The award was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to recognize innovative and sustainable technologies that can contribute to global water security. The competition received applications from 56 countries, and Maithri Aquatech’s MEGHDOOT® solution stood out as a powerful tool in driving both water and food security. This award is not only a recognition of Maithri Aquatech's commitment towards hybrid solutions but also highlights Company's expertise in the food-water-energy nexus, which is crucial to achieving sustainable development goals.

2. Maithri Aquatech's commitment to sustainable water solutions has earned its Founder and Managing Director, Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, the prestigious title of Global SDG Pioneer 2022 for water stewardship, a recognition bestowed by the United Nations Global Compact in New York.

This award highlights Maithri Aquatech's exceptional efforts towards achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in the areas of water conservation and preservation. Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, the first-ever Indian to receive this recognition by the UN, has made a significant contribution to the water industry with his pioneering work, addressing the challenges of water scarcity and water quality. His work has not only benefitted local communities but also the global population. This recognition further cements Maithri Aquatech's position as a leader in the water industry and highlights the company's vision to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to address the world's water challenges.

3. Maithri Aquatech has made history by winning the KPMG Global Tech Innovator Competition 2022 - India, a testament to the team's innovative and pioneering spirit. The competition took place in Lisbon, Portugal, where the Maithri Aquatech Represented India and competed against Global startups and growth-stage companies from 22 countries and jurisdictions worldwide. This competition was not only focused on water technologies but included all sectors and technologies.

The competition invited companies to pitch their innovations and present their growth ambitions to panels of local and global industry experts. Maithri Aquatech's win at the national level recognizes the company's commitment to creating solutions for water, while also positioning them as a leading technology innovator in the country.

4. Maithri Aquatech's innovative and sustainable approach towards addressing the challenges of water scarcity and quality has been recognized once again, with the company winning the prestigious JSW TOI 10th Earth Care Award under the category of Innovation in Climate Action. Maithri Aquatech CEO, Naveen Mathur along with its Founder and Managing Director, Ramkrishna Mukkavilli received this Award. The award is a testament to the company's unwavering commitment towards finding solutions that can help combat climate change.

JSW TOI Earth Care Awards is an annual event that recognizes environmental champions who have made significant contributions towards sustainable development. This year's awards saw an overwhelming response with over 800 entries from various organizations. Maithri Aquatech stood out with its innovative and scalable solutions that can significantly reduce the carbon footprint while also addressing the water crisis.

5. Maithri Aquatech's won the CII National Award for Excellence in Water Management under the category of "Innovative Water Saving Product." The award acknowledges Maithri Aquatech's pioneering efforts in developing water-saving products and its commitment to addressing the water scarcity issue in India. The company's ability to provide innovative solutions to the water industry has been consistently recognized by leading organizations, cementing its position as a key player in the field.

6. Maithri Aquatech has received the Vocational Excellence - Startup Award from the Rotary Club of Bombay Seaface at the Vocational Excellence Awards. The award was presented by Dr. Meena Kotharu, President, and Manishi Vora, Director - Vocational Service. 7. 8. Maithri Aquatech has been recognized as one of the best startups in Telangana with Telangana State Industry Awards 2022. This prestigious award honors companies that have shown exceptional growth, innovation, and impact in their respective sectors. Maithri Aquatech's achievement in the 'Best Startup' category highlights the company's vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to providing sustainable water solutions that positively impact society and the environment. The award was presented by Shri KT Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister of Industry & Commerce, IT, E&C and Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Government of Telangana, reaffirming the company's position as a leader in the state's startup ecosystem.

EVENTS

1. Maithri Aquatech's Founder and Managing Director, Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, was recently featured in an interview with DD Changemakers, discussing the company's innovative approach to water solutions. During the interview, Mr Ramkrishna highlighted Maithri Aquatech's product, MEGHDOOT®, which provides improved water access and quality for rural communities in India. He also emphasized the company's commitment to sustainability and their mission to make affordable and reliable water solutions accessible to those in need. The interview served as an excellent platform for showcasing Maithri Aquatech's innovative work and dedication towards finding sustainable solutions to the global water crisis.

2. Maithri Aquatech's Founder and Managing Director, Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, was recently felicitated by the Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrashekar Rao, at the inauguration of T-Hub 2.0. The event recognized Maithri Aquatech as a "Soonicorn," a rapidly growing startup with the potential to become a unicorn in the near future. This recognition is a testament to Maithri Aquatech's innovative solutions and dedication to providing sustainable water solutions, and we look forward to continuing our efforts towards a better future for all.

3. Maithri Aquatech was proud to sponsor and participate in the "Sustainability Program on Circular Economy for the SDGs: From the Concept to Participate" by the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). Our Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Ramkrishna, was a featured speaker at the event, sharing insights on leveraging circular economy solutions to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

4. Maithri Aquatech's Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, was invited as the chief guest at the World Standards Day 2022, Hyderabad, hosted by the Bureau of Indian Standards - Manak Mahotsav. In his address, Mr. Mukkavilli discussed the company's collaboration with the BIS to create air-water standards for potable water and how these standards align with the Sustainable Development Goals. He emphasized the significance of establishing and following standards to ensure the provision of safe and clean drinking water for all.

5. At the "Members' Meet & Greet 2022" organized by the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, India, AP & TS Branch in Hyderabad, Maithri Aquatech's Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Ramakrishna Mukkavalli, was felicitated for his outstanding contributions in pioneering Sustainable Development Goals. The Chief Guest, Dr. Jayesh Ranjanji (IAS) Secretary I&C, and IT Department, Govt. of Telangana, along with Guests of Honour, Mr. Yvon Guillaume, US Consulate General, Hyderabad, and Mr. Dasari Balaiah (IRS), Regional Passport Officer, Hyderabad, presented the award to Mr. Mukkavalli. This recognition highlights the company's dedication towards building a water-efficient world and its commitment to achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

6. Maithri Aquatech celebrated World Water Day in New Delhi with its partner TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute. The day-long initiative focused on accelerating sustainable development goals on water, with particular emphasis on women in water leadership. Notable water champions, including Dr. Kiran Bedi and Ramkrishna Mukkavilli, shared their knowledge and experiences. The occasion also featured the Water Sustainability Awards, which recognized initiatives for 2022-23.

The highlight of the event was the release of a policy brief and research paper that studied the global and Indian water crisis and examined air-to-water generation as a potential solution for achieving safe, affordable, and pure potable water for all. Maithri Aquatech's MEGHDOOT® AWGs were identified as a sustainable water solution for providing safe, highly affordable drinking water anytime and anywhere. Maithri Aquatech reaffirmed its commitment to driving SDG 6 and accelerating water action to be the change they want to see on this World Water Day.

7. Maithri Aquatech recently concluded a successful LinkedIn Live Session in honor of International Women's Day 2023. The webinar, titled "Water for Women: Roadblocks and Enablers," featured prominent champions of sustainability and inclusivity. The event focused on the challenges women face in accessing clean water and the steps that can be taken to overcome these obstacles.

8. At the NI-MSME national meeting, Maithri Aquatech's Founder and Managing Director, Shri Ramakrishna Mukkavilli, delivered a thought-provoking speech on "Indianizing Global Technologies for Manufacturing Excellence." His speech highlighted the importance of adapting global technologies to suit Indian needs and how this can improve the country's manufacturing sector.

During his speech, Shri Ramakrishna Mukkavilli also spoke about Maithri Aquatech's efforts in providing clean drinking water and how their innovative solutions have inspired guests at the event. The audience appreciated the company's dedication to manufacturing excellence and their commitment to providing access to clean drinking water in India.

9. Maithri Aquatech's MEGHDOOT® Atmospheric Water Generator was recently showcased at the National Conference on Making India Self-Reliant: G20 Presidency. The esteemed Scientific Adviser to the Defence Minister, Honorable Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, had personally experienced the purest Water from Air produced by our revolutionary technology.

10. Maithri Aquatech was honoured to be a part of the Ashirvad Water Challenge by The/Nudge, which is aimed at finding effective solutions to India's water crisis. The challenge was conducted to support the Jal Jeevan Mission, initiated by the Ministry of Jal Shakti to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual household tap connections by 2024 to all rural households in India.

Maithri Aquatech was one of the 13 semi-finalists who presented their innovative solutions in front of the representatives of Ashirvad Pipes, Aliaxis, and The/Nudge team.

11. Maithri Aquatech's CEO, Mr. Naveen Mathur, had the opportunity to address the students of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, during the event "SymbiTalks 7.0". The event theme, "The Prism of Possibilities", was discussed by Mr. Mathur in his insightful speech, where he shared his thoughts and views on various impactful aspects of the theme.

12. Maithri Aquatech's MEGHDOOT® Premium Water from Air Plant has been setup at the National Centre for Drinking Water, Sanitation and Quality (NCDWSQ) in Kolkata. This advanced system generates drinking water from the air, providing a sustainable and reliable source of clean water.

The water generated by the system has received appreciation from prominent dignitaries, including Smt. Vini Mahajan, IAS Secretary, Ministry of Jal Shakti and Shri. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Cabinet Minister, Ministry of Jal Shakti. This recognition is a testament to the effectiveness and quality of Maithri Aquatech's innovative water generation technology.

13. Maithri Aquatech was recently featured in the inaugural issue of 'Digitalising H20', an interactive e-magazine by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The issue, titled 'Digitalizing for Water Security and Resilience in Asia and the Pacific', highlights the company's efforts towards digitalizing water solutions for improved water security and resilience in the region. Maithri Aquatech's inclusion in the magazine is a testament to its continued dedication towards developing innovative and sustainable water solutions.
